What We Do
IATSE Local 442 works behind the scenes in every facet of the entertainment world to make the shows happen. If you have ever been to a concert or play, you have seen our work. We set up the lights, sound, video, and set for the largest productions in Santa Barbara and Ventura.

Our stagehands have been providing skilled labor for live entertainment to the Central Coast for over 100 years.

Local 442 represents stage technicians who want to fight for better working conditions, higher wages, and safer working practices.
